This year's topic is “Strength from God’s Word” (Psalm 119:28 - … strengthen me according to Your word; 1 Sam. 30:6 – David strengthened himself in the Lord his God.). We have several speakers this year – Dave Chanski (Montville, NJ), Warren Peel (Gallway, Ireland), Jim Savastio (Louisville, KY), Jeff Smith (Coconut Creek, FL), James Swanson (Lefkoşa, Cyprus) and a couple of other men. Each man will pick a verse or a passage to which he frequently turns forstrength, or motivation in his labors. This might be a promise, an exhortation, an example or even a warning. It might be a passage that they look to every Lord’s Day before going into the pulpit. It might be something they bring to God in prayer regularly. Through their labors, we trust that Lord will strengthen, encourage, convict, and motivate each of us from His word.
